Terms and conditions for Materielsikring.dk

1. Prices
All prices on materielsikring.dk are in Danish kroner (DKK) and include 25% VAT, unless otherwise stated.

2. Delivery
We ship orders to Denmark, Greenland, the Faroe Islands, Germany, France and Italy. Delivery times and shipping costs depend on destination and weight. When ordering abroad, VAT and shipping are automatically adjusted.

4. Payment options
You can pay with Dankort, Visa, MasterCard, MobilePay, American Express and via bank transfer. With bank transfer, the order will only be shipped when the payment has been registered. No card fees are charged. For late payment, interest will be charged in accordance with applicable legislation.

5. Delivery time and shipping

• Denmark: We ship with GLS with Track & Trace. Free shipping for purchases over DKK 999 on certain delivery methods. Delivery time is typically 1-2 business days.

• Greenland & Faroe Islands: Shipping is by GLS air parcel. Price is calculated by weight. Expect 5-12 business days delivery, longer in winter.

6. Pickup
It is not possible to pick up packages at materielsikring.dk.

7. Right of withdrawal (goods)
As a consumer, you have a 30-day right of withdrawal, effective from the day you receive the goods. Please notify us by email, telephone or by using our standard withdrawal form. You may choose to return parts of an order. Return costs are borne by the customer, and the goods must be returned no later than 14 days after notification.

8. Return conditions
You are only liable for any loss of value if the item has been used beyond what is necessary to assess its function and properties - equivalent to testing in a physical store.

9. Refund
Once we have received the returned item, we will refund the amount within 14 days – via the same payment method you used for the purchase. We reserve the right to withhold the refund until we have received the item or documentation of the return.

10. Right of withdrawal from services
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal for services. Note: If the service is fully performed with your consent before the withdrawal period, the right lapses. If the task has been started but not completed, you may be charged for the time spent (599 DKK/hour).

11. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
You do not have a right of withdrawal for services that have been delivered in their entirety with prior consent.

12. Complaints
You have a 24-month warranty on goods – not services. Always contact us before returning a defective item. The warranty does not cover defects caused by improper use. In the event of a justified warranty, we will cover reasonable return costs.

13. Refund of amounts
When returning or canceling an order, the amount will be refunded via the same payment method. For bank transfer, you must provide your name, order number, bank name, registration and account number.

14. Reminder procedure (private)

• 5 days after due date: kind reminder

• 11 days after: 1st reminder + 100 kr.

• 11 days after: 2nd reminder + 100 kr.

• 11 days after: the case is sent to debt collection (additional fees will be charged)

15. Reminder procedure (business customers)

• Interest rate: 3% per month

• 7 days after due date: reminder

• 7 days later: 1st reminder + 100 kr.

• 11 days later: 2nd reminder + 100 kr.

• 11 days later: debt collection notice

• 10 days later: debt collection

16. Use of log data
We record log data from users in order to improve functionality and user experience.

17. Purchases made by children and young people
You must be 18 years of age or older to shop at materielsikring.dk. If you are under 18, consent from a parent or guardian is required.

18. Complaints and dispute resolution

19. Personal data and GDPR
We process your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Danish law. Your information is stored for 5 years and is only shared with partners acting on our behalf.
